    Proposed implementation over 12 months in 2027–2028, subject to funding and technical approvals.

    01 / MONTHS 1–3

    Build the foundations

    Psychology, Educational Technology and ICT labs, library development and priority repairs.

    02 / MONTHS 4–6

    Expand learning

    Language and Science resources, smart classrooms, campus Wi-Fi and painting.

    ₹75 lakh allocation
    03 / MONTHS 7–9

    Strengthen essentials

    Water systems, terrace waterproofing, 10 proposed sanitation units, electrical and plumbing works.

    ₹80 lakh allocation
    04 / MONTHS 10–12

    Complete & sustain

    Seminar hall, solar backup, security, gardens, landscaping and commissioning.

    ₹80 lakh allocation

    Phase allocations are funding envelopes. Critical safety and water works may be advanced following technical assessment.
